Hi there my friends.
As a real estate photographer I find that my soft carry bag is beginning to run out of room as I experiment with more and more options for work. I'm just wondering what good transport cases are out there that can be recommended by a satisfied user. Prices seem to vary so much.

Have 3 of theirs - one of the rollers might be good for Real Estate work.
It depends on what you are transporting.
Obviously, there are your cameras and lenses but what about lights, stands, tripods and extension cords, etc.
I photograph quite a bit of interiors for decorators, home furnishing companies, and architects as well as the hospitality industry. I haul around lots of gear. Here are some suggestions.
For cameras and lenses, I use a Lowepro case on wheels. It easily accommodates a complete system of multiple bodies and lenses and other accessories. There are adjustable padded sections that are held together by heavy-duty velcro. There is enough padding to absorb some shock that may occur from wheeling on bumpy ground. It has a substantial retractable handle and standard luggage handles and on the vertical and horizontal sides. This case is extraordinarily well made- mine is 17-yeas old with no breakage in heavy usage.
Another idea. The Stanley tool folks make a cart, part of their "Fat-Max* line of toolboxes. I use mine to transport 4 Monolights, all the required electrical and extension cords, radio slaves, spare lamps, tools, meters and paperwork.
DIY options. I have a few old Fiberbuilt and some other metal-clad cases from large format gear, etc. With a sheet of 1/2" plywood, cut to size and attached to the bottom of the cases, I can then attach 4 heavy-duty ballbearing casters for larger power supplies and lamp heads. I found a hockey bag, at a second-hand shop, with wheels at one end that accommodates 4 heavy Manfrotto stands. Currently, I am driving an SUV and everything rolls in and fits comfortably.
This sounds like a lot of luggage but the gear is arranged for fast setup and takedown. Everything is compartmentalized so can tell at a glance if everything is packed before leaving and everything is replaced after the shoot. This can work well for you if you have several assignments per day.

My personal preference is Think Tank, especially rollers. I have a gigunda one which will hold a body with 400/2.8 attached and a smaller one (an Airport I think) that's great for a lesser load. For Real Estate, I use my smaller roller. Best of luck.

SKB has several hard cases (think Pelican) that have liners designed by Think Tank. I have one and love it.

I am using the Pelican 1510 case with Pelican's divider insert. This case is extremely sturdy and protective of my camera gear and it can be locked securely by using standard Master padlocks that are available at Lowes, Meinard, etc.
Here is a look at the 1510;
