I took this picture this afternoon, not the most colorful time of the year. I hope you find something to do with this giving it a little more life. The Courthouse was built in 1890, a massive three story limestone structure with its 70-foot clock tower housing a 1,525 pound bell. A fire, started Jan. 1, 1993, destroying the interior and much of the exterior. Although the fire left most of the walls standing, the clock tower collapsed through the roof, leaving the bell sticking through the ceiling of the district courtroom. Took several years to rebuild the old building and clock tower.

That's King Kong's wife Queen Kong and his son Prince Kong.
Just having a bit of fun with this weeks contest.
Well, here's mine. I love the clear blue sky, so wanted to keep that. To my eyes, there was a spot (like an elongated brush mark) across the center of the picture. On closer view, it's actually the shade under the pavilion, but the shape of it was quite pronounced. I tried to mitigate that a bit and don't know if I succeeded. Also, to my astigmated eyes, it looked slightly off balance. So I tried to line it up. Probably went too far the other way! All work done in LR.
Thanks for the history and image. Here is my take.
Something different! I really liked this image!
here goes another edit of this interesting capture
