We had a nice gale force wind earlier this week and I tolerated some sand blasting to get a few shots. I used to always shoot fast, to freeze action. I finally caught on to allowing the camera to capture more movement, and enjoy it more that way for these types of conditions. This was shot at 1/50th, f9, ISO 100 on the Nikon Z7ii.

Thank you, the "sea", is actually Lake Michigan. :)

Wow, that's great! Did you have to experiment or did you nail it the first time? I usually have to experiment when doing things like that.

Great Picture. A lot of "stuff" happens in 1/50 of a second. Great judgment of exposure!
