You would clearly NOT be showing before and after of this image in the PP Section due to content.

And with the disclaimer that this is NOT how you USUALLY work I don't see how giving us a before and after would be misleading.

I think the followers of this section would be interested in seeing what you started with to achieve the great final result. You don't have to reveal any of your secrets; just SOOC and the final. I don't even care what software you used. Please consider reconsidering your position.

If you insist. Ambient light with fill-in flash in an abandoned downtown Detroit factory. I like my setting of love and death better.

If the factory photo is your source of the model in the cemetery shot, then I am truly impressed; you seriously deserve the "artist" portion of your handle.

In looking carefully at some of the hair elements it would seem you did a lot of work to put wisps of hair into the cemetery shot, or the factory shot has been processed to cut out those wisps of hair.

You would also have had to create some of her leg that is missing in the factory shot, and the shadows it casts onto the stone.

Have I got that right?

You got it right. I did not like the factory bkg. The idea came to me after rewatching the movie with the line I co-opted from it. There is a cemetery near the studio where I work that I used for the background.

Well, considering that I liked the cemetery “photo” you get three thumbs up ( ) for the “cemetery art.” Impressive results.

Abandon Factory, ! , If indeed they had produced models like this one they would still be in business. This model has all the beautiful curves we admire on classic cars prior to the 1950's.

Which factory, I am from Flint area, and there they blew-up the factory complex called Buick City. I also believe Fisher Body is no more.

Old Packard Plant downtown Detroit, still there from the fifties. Amazing piece of urban decay. People come from other countries to photograph the old decaying and abandoned buildings and factories in Detroit. Thanks.

I have a general question about your model. Do you guide her with her expressions or does she come up with this on her own and you take the pic? Your other photos of her are impressive and stand out and she conveys lots with her eyes.
