My T reading fell in the low range when I first visited my urologist. He suggested TRT, but I thought about if or a year. Shouldn't have waited. The rejuvenation began right away.

He put me on 150mg every two weeks, by injection. After a year or so, my readings came back high. My urologist said my own body had begun producing more testosterone. He cut me back to 125mg.

For your hands, if it's arthritis, I suggest acetaminophen (Tylenol). This mild painkiller is not addictive and the user does not develop a tolerance for it. I buy it in a big bottle of 500 or 1000 tablets.

I wake up stiff in the morning. A couple of pills of acetaminophen helps me loosen up. Strong coffee helps with the cobwebs.

Acetaminophen also has dramatically reduced the pain in my shoulder joint from an inoperable torn rotator cuff. I can fall asleep pain free.

Good luck.

Also have an inoperable torn rotator cuff. Do you take the 650mg Tylenol? 2or3?

Just be careful where they put that jab.

I had a very pretty Nurse give me my 1st shot of Pfizer and she could have put "that jab" anywhere she wanted to.

Nope. Tylenol = acetaminophen. For the best price, I buy it in bottles of 500 or 1000 tablets on the Internet, .

For my torn rotator cuff, I take 1000mg (two tablets) in the morning. This dosage also helps with stiffness and mild arthritis in my hands. I take one tablet (500mg) at bedtime to quell any shoulder pain that would disturb my sleep.

During the day, when I notice creeping aches and pains, I will take a tablet or two.

I hope this comment helps.
