Or move to southern Alabama. My father moved to Mobile from NE Ohio. First time I went down to hunt I went in early December, came back after Xmas. Much too warm, so from then on I went for Xmas, stayed into January. Much better both for me and the dogs!
Harry PS Dogs were a couple of Pointers and one E. Setter. I lived in Columbus, Ohio at the time.
