Nice series. When a hawk takes a Starling for food, the world need not cry for that loss. I'm happy the hawk found a meal.

Please, no "warnings". It does more to pique a person's curiosity than it does to forewarn someone who wears their sensibilities on their sleeve.
Need more hawks, around my parts starlings are a big nuisance.

My young Sharp-Coopers hawk was back this am and chillin 8' feom our resident squirrel. Neather one seemed at all botherwd by the others company.
Vid and photos comming soon.
Our local Red Tail and Sharpe Shin Hawks do a good job of keeping both the sparrow and starling population somewhat in check.
