The only Americans I saw waving flags carrying signs with the party leader name was the trump supporters of the GOP

I saw rioters( call them blm ir antifa if you want) doing similar things but were they associated with the DNC? Were they waving signs with any democratic politicians name?

You really should inform the FBI and DHS folks who study this sort of thing. Somehow they think it is right extremism that is the biggest homegrown threat to the nation. I guess they are wasting government funds doing these studies, so as a tax payer I urge you to raise this issue to the highest level. If you can't afford the postage for your complaint you might consider starting a go-fund-me page. Heck, I would even give you "a penny for your thoughts."

One of the issues in associating the Democratic Party with violence is that to many really stupid people assume that all protesters are rioters. They can not or refuse to distinguish between the criminal element that takes advantage of protest to rob, burn and loot and protesters( who are by far the Marjorie in all cases both dem and rep)

In the case of the insurrection. , the only violent people were those that stormed the capitol bldg NOT the hundreds of others that were in attendance at the trump rally but did not take part in the insurrection .

Whether some recognize that and choice to gloss over the difference in both cases is pure dumb partisanship or they really don’t see it is unknown.
