Why not try a camcorder? For example, both Panasonic and Sony make full HD video camcorders. Even without an audio jack, some of them adjust their sound recording with the zoom level you are using. Also, one can use a simple usb audio recorder and then in editing strip the audio off of the video and add the recorded version back in. I have used a Panasonic SDR S26 camcorder off and on for years and have edited the output with free editors as I described. Lots of fun really. --Richard

I've used a program called Audials One 2021 for recording and converting youtube videos and it works great.. It will convert youtube and many other streaming sources to different formats. It is a streaming recorder and recording media organizer. It normally sells for $79.90 and I just went to their website and it is on sale for $59.97. It will convert youtube and burn it to a disc with ease.

Use your phone! Don't spend money on a camera for basic videos.
I shot at least 50 videos for my YouTube channel using a Samsung Galaxy S9+ and an iPhone 7...and an old gopro. Only the most recent videos I shot on my Canon 90D.
Get a decent lavalier mic that plugs into the phone. Get a couple of inexpensive lights. (I like my Neewer lights I got for under $200 on Amazon)
If curious as to the quality.... Check out the channel and see a few videos....

Get a used Lumix FZ80 and a $50 tripod, which will cost about $300 total. The Lumix internal mic will be adequate for an instructional video. The camera has excellent silent tracking autofocus for video, a 20mm to 1200mm fixed lens, and shoots 4K video segments up to 8 minutes each. I don't think you could do better for the price.
