Thank you Democrats.

You forgot those who work for your local, state and federal government trying :-) to solve the homeless problem. They, plus their spouse all vote Democrat!

I did read the ref. Help me understand where it says your statistics given are "per capita". I must have missed it.

Duh! & Duh!

The fact that you felt the need to ask him supports what I already knew, you aren't equipped to discern. I have no idea where you rate when it comes to genius. I have no question as to how you rate as a human being. That you aren't one, easily explains a major portion of your posts. I don't mean to pile on, as you obviously have enough to deal with already.

Thanks for that sophomoric spew. Now I can ask you the same question but with added emphasis:

Do you EVER have anything intelligent to contribute?

The issue with programs to assist homeless people or any other group of unfortunate individuals lies in, what seems to be, human nature. The minute a program is set up to truly assist some unfortunate group of people, there are those who will figure out how to scam that system. This, in turn, places a larger burden on that program and escalates the cost of maintaining that program.

That is the first problem to address. However, I agree that, politically, there is a benefit to keeping as many people as possible in these programs. Even poor people know not to kill the goose that lays those golden eggs.

I am interested in your thoughts about any possible solutions to our homeless problem. If you were the president or a local leader, what would you do to help the homeless?

If you need something to do, try finding a realistic demographic of the so-called homeless subgroup. I await the results.

Bill, have you noticed the Republicans are gaining in terms of the governships in the states? For instance, I'm from Boston, moved to NC four years ago, I voted for Charlie Baker for Governor (R and doing a GREAT job leading Massachusetts). Homelessness has not decreased in MA.... listen to Bob Marlaz, he has a much better handle on what works and why.

Please stop making guesses instead of factual analysis. You condemn yourself to being ignorned because you're not factual and yoou don't back up your claims.
