Mighty pricey! I’ll have to pass on it. Literally as I might come by this summer on the way back from Alaska if Canada lets us through in June.

I’m also allergic to crowds.

Nice images, though!

Yes, it is a very high price but it is only one time.

Nice shots Jorge. I used to like this place when I immigrated to Vancouver in the 60's - it was still very quiet. Unfortunately there are huge crowds that diminish the pleasure, was up there last about 4 years ago when we had visitors. But it is quite impressive, I particularly like the walking trails and foot bridges on the west side as you noted. - Looking forward to see more of your travels. Joe

Thanks for your kind comments

The Capilano suspension bridge is a bridge crossing the Capilano river in north Vancouver, BC, Canada. It has 460ft long and suspended at 230 ft above the river. Throughout history since 1889, the year the bridge was built, it has had several owners. The last one bought the park in 1983. Today on the west side of the canyon we can enjoy walking the footbridges suspended between the trees 100ft above the forest floor. The photos are self-explanatory and the two birds, the owl was part of the forest and the hawk was there with the instructor. This last photo is a composition in PS because the original background was terrible.

Nice set and information. Was in Vancouver 20 years ago. Capilano bridge was in the places to visit but spent most time walking Stanley Park and the city area, Butchart gardens in Victoria, etc. Did not go here. But planning to go again some time. Thanks for sharing.

Add that the views are pretty special and the "bounce" not VERY disconcerting. Nice shots, Jorge.

Nice photos of a unique attraction!

Any idea what the weight limits are on that bridge and if anyone is tracking the load real-time?

Stan
