I agree the defense was awesome but every ship needs a captain to steer them in the right direction. I think Brady did that very well. Just along for the ride? I don't think so.
I wouldn’t say Brady was just along for the ride but if the teams switched QBs, the Bucs still win.
Funny little tidbit here. More people in Boston watched the Superbowl than people in Tampa. Says something about where the best sports fans are.
Why are there so many Brady haters? 7 super bowl wins should tell you that your precious packers Rogers is not the best. Quit hating, may be you can win one when Brady retires.

Win one!!!!!!!!!!!!! Why do the call it the Lombardi Trophy---the Packers won the first two and 3 NFL championships before they were called Super Bowl! You must be a youngster. Most of us remember Bart Starr, Paul Hornung and the famous Packer sweep. Packers are the epidemy of winning and the NFL.

Lombardi was a great coach. But if they started them a decade earlier...they'd be calling it the Brown trophy.
Sort of irrelevant to the issue since Brady has helped to bring 7 Lombardi's to his team(s).
Brady is the best QB the NFL has ever seen...though I'd put Otto Graham as a close second.
No argument Brady is the GOAT. The original string was that Brady won the Superbowl. Not!
Rodgers is a better QB now. He threw (Brady)3 interceptions against the Packers. The defense bailed him out. If not for that gift first half touchdown the Packers would have won. Sometimes it's better to be lucky than good.

The OG string simply says both the Packers and the Chiefs choked against Brady...which is true.
It doesn't mean Brady carried his team...he led them. That's a true statement.
I doubt few players work harder than Brady.
He also spent the upcoming week before the game calling all of his teammates and telling them they were going to win.
They were infected with his attitude and determination.
It's incredibly difficult to go to a brand new team and win the SB...but he did it.
The Packers didn't choke=one lucky first half Td. If they played 10 games . The Pack is a better team, better QB(MVP) One game Lucky!

I like Rodgers quite a bit. He deserves the MVP.
But Brady and the Bucs went into their house and controlled the game...period.
Not lucky...and I very much doubt Rodgers would ever say the Bucs were just lucky.

Then why is Rodgers ready to leave? Realize your answer to this also defeats your argument!
