Red Halo exists around bird’s tail feathers, what is the cause?

I agree - I do not see any halo.

If chromatic aberration visible at 100 percent, then try the lens correction function in Adobe Camera Raw. ACR will remove the CA instantly.

Of course, ACR has to have your lens in its inventory. Adobe updates the lens inventory periodically.

ACR allows the user to make manual adjustments as well.

It's purple fringing caused by the lens. High contrast edges are the most susceptible.

Tail is slightly out of focus. So that could be a combination of bokeh and chromatic aberration. It is really difficult to tell on a tiny image - when you post, putting a check in the "Store Original" checkbox will store a larger image and it will also include EXIF data which can sometimes be helpful.

The photo is a thumbnail and difficult to see much. Post the pic with store original option and we may be able to see the issue.

Definitely, stop pixel peeking. I only see a tiny bit of off color at the very tip of the tail feathers at the snow. Likely the light was from that direction as the snow there looks slightly hot.

Easily seen on an iPad after enlarging. Looks like chromatic aberration. You did not mention the lense used.

Not clearly visible on the small image shown. However consider chromatic aberration correction in your software.
