Of course they are the same. Some of my closest friends are active teachers and they are no different than the teachers I grew with decades ago - intelligent and very dedicated to their work. You don't know what you're talking about.

Why do you avoid the issue by over simplifying the problem, it is the union that is being discussed here and its influence on the democrat party, public unions have a lock on democrat policy and it is not healthy nor is it fair to the American taxpayer, how about discussing your thoughts on that instead of trying to turn the discussion into something it is not.
