Back in the first part of January. Do you have a way of double checking? Maybe you had a change in bank account or mailing address?

We just got ours a few days ago. A physical check. It was a direct deposit last time.

Mine was in my credit union account on January 1.

Our last check was a direct deposit to our bank account. We then changed banks. They tried to deposit to that account again but it was refused, since the account was closed. We received a check in the mail yesterday.

Paper check arrived on Saturday, 30 Jan 2021.

I received mine and two of my neighbors received theirs but a third neighbor has not.

That is so weird. I've been reading the responses here and some people got a check, some a direct deposit, and I got a debit card (visa). Mine was mailed to my old address. I believe this is how it works - if you got a refund on your last return, and if it was done EBT, then you'll get a direct deposit from Uncle Sam. If you didn't go EBT, then it will come as either a check or debit card in the mail to the last address that was on your last Federal tax form. I just happened to sell my old house to a friend and she told me it came in the mail. She put it in another envelope and mailed it to my new address. I'll be doing taxes soon and then Uncle Sam will have my new address. But since I'll be owing this year, and won't get an EBT transaction, if there is another stimulus payment it will probably get mailed to my new address. (not that I'm counting on it)

Yes, but I'm not sure what $375.25 is supposed to stimulate. I don't feel stimulated by it.

i checked both my and the better half ssn and found no meaningful answer. Our amended return came back via check but our last stimulus was direct deposit. A little research shows the IRS is FUBARed
