Wow, nice work. Proves once again the creative gene missed me at birth but landed in a good guy. Thanks for sharing.

IMHO 2-4 are the strongest images, 5 is too cartoonish, I feel 6-10 need some narrative to give them meaning. They are interesting images but they leave me with the question, Why? with no answer.
Again, just my opinion, art is so subjective.

I don't know much about you, Ced, but I must say the photo art pieces would seem to have commercial value. Might take the enjoyment out of it if you had to do it, but... $ is $. Keep up the good work.

BigCed I urge you to go to MrMophotos page and look at the post "some of my favorites." Perhaps like me, you will be left with the question why? With no answer. Of course this is just my opinion, art is so subjective. I think that you are a very creative individual who expresses himself in many wonderfully different ways. If we had to explain "why" we made every image, some of us wouldn't bother to pick up a camera. If MrMophoto is this encouraging to the enrollees of his photography classes, then you should be grateful that he never was your instructor.

BigCed I urge you to go to MrMophotos page and loo... (show quote)

Not sure what is meant by this. My point was that the more graphic images seem to make a statement about the subject, which IMHO is what elevates an image from having just good composition to a higher level. Art is very subjective and it is not definitively definable, However what has always set great art apart from (just another) pretty picture is the meaning or statement behind the image. As a photography teacher (and I consider myself an artist as well) I study a lot of photographic "Art" I have come to realize that the composition of the work is just the framework on which the image (statement) is built. You can appreciate good framework by itself but it is still an empty structure.
