Excellent set. What type of deer are these? I notice the bucks have no brow tines on their antlers.

You got some beautiful pics going on there. They won't start dropping antlers for at least another month here, maybe later than that. And we sure as heck don't have any green leaves to look at for background! :)

They shed their antlers. Animals like cows and antelope have horns and they don't shed them. LOL

These are mule deer. Not all males have eye guards.

The native Interior Live Oak doesn't drop its leaves in the winter. Only the Valley and Blue oaks drop them around here.
