Dems Know Nothing of Social Justice, They Do Know Social Insanity.

Do you know all the details? I don't, so I don't have a valid opinion. If you do, then go for it. If you don't, what is the harm in finding out more about it before expressing an opinion?

Yes sir, President Xi called. He said the package is on the way.
Being ignorant isn't unusual. Being proud of it is a little less common.

So sad you have little else to cry about.
This is not crying. Evidently you have no real girl's in the family. Do you really think it's fair to allow biological males to compete against biological females?

So again, Biden pushes for America's school systems to allow biological males to compete in Women's sports, just how fair is that?
Consider the below.
"contests of strength and speed, the athletic chasm between the sexes, which opens at puberty, is both permanent and unbridgeable. Once male puberty is complete, testosterone suppression doesn’t undo the biological advantages men possess: larger hearts, lungs and bones, greater bone density, more-oxygenated blood, more fast-twitch muscle fiber and vastly greater muscle mass.
It should be no surprise, then, that the two trans-identified biological males permitted to compete in Connecticut state track finals against girls—neither of whom was a top sprinter as a boy—consistently claimed top spots competing as girls. They eliminated girls from advancement to regional championships, scouting and scholarship opportunities and trophies, and they set records no girl may ever equal.
How big is this performance gap? To take one example cited by the Connecticut female runners in their complaint against the Connecticut Interscholastic Athletic Conference, the fastest female sprinter in the world is American runner Allyson Felix, a woman with more gold medals than Usain Bolt. Her lifetime best for the 400-meter run is 49.26 seconds. Based on 2018 data, nearly 300 high-school boys in the U.S. alone could beat it.
Even if allowing biological bioys to join girls’ teams means girls can’t win, isn’t it still worth trying out for the team? Actually, no—even in sports that involve no contact and little injury risk, like running or tennis. It isn’t merely the trophies and scholarships and opportunities at stake. It isn’t even all the benefits sports have so long provided to young women—in self-esteem and health and camaraderie with friends. It isn’t merely that girls who participate in sports tend to earn better grades, that so many female Fortune 500 executives were athletes, or that sports force teen girls out of their own heads, where they might otherwise sit and stew to their detriment."https://www.wsj.com/articles/joe-bidens-first-day-began-the-end-of-girls-sports-11611341066So again, Biden pushes for America's school system... If you don’t like it fine. It’s the law. Get it changed the proper procedure-the legislative process.
Dems are merely “re” enforcing the laws trump failed to do .
Concerning athletic competition. . I agree compete in birth gender..
I pity the young women and suburban women who voted for this guy now seeing high school girls and women condemned to be losers in their athletic careers as they start life.

H.R. 5 was passed by the Dems of the House with nearly NO opposition. It is NOT the law. It has not been voted on by the Senate. Just like Obama, Biden is using Executive privilege to circumvent the legislature.

Half right - title vii of the 1964 civil rights act has been ruled by Supreme Court to apply to transgender in work place. In every court at every level transgender have won their cases.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Transgender_rights_in_the_United_StatesTitle IX has yet to be brought before the court but since the court ruled in title VII in favor of transgender ........
Circumvent “ what law is Biden circumventing ?

you are assuming MJmoore is male??
Title IX was created to allow Women/Girls the same opportunities as Men/Boys have in athletics. Now you allow biological males to compete with biological females. In all instances where this is happening, the biological males dominate. This is abhorrent to the rights of the Women/Girls.

Perspective and scale are necessary for a productive conversation.
It is not just competing in sports that is affected. Now any school that accepts Federal funding (not many that don't) must allow students to declare themselves to be a gender different from which they were born. That means that Tommy can use the girls' restrooms and locker rooms while remaining an intact male. Of course, the opposite is true also. Susie can use the boys' restrooms and locker rooms. I doubt she would remain an intact female for long.

I used to believe that someone identifying with the opposite of the sex they were born with was suffering from some kind of mental illness. I found the whole phenomenon repellent. But I've done some reading on the topic and have come to believe that there are genuine cases of people identifying with the opposite sex. But physically or hormonally altering a person should wait until they are in their late teens. Let them dress up and make up, but no surgery and no testosterone or estrogen.
Which bathroom to use is, in my opinion, a non-issue. In Europe I got used to seeing women cleaning the men's bathrooms, while men were peeing. It was a bit difficult for me at first, but I got used to it. When women use the bathroom they go into a stall with a door. So what's the big deal for a biological male who is a transgender woman being in the same bathroom? Athletics? I do think that transgender females should be barred from competing with women because they have a physical advantage, all things being equal.
