Not by any means an expert, but possibly song sparrow? Very nice shot.
I'm going with Song Sparrow, too.
Female red winged blackbird.

I took this in 2011 and for sure it's a redwing blackbird. Looks almost identical to yours.
Yep sure looks like the female red-winged blackbird! I change my answer.
Yep. Female Red Wing. I should have known that.
My guess it's a bird. (Sorry, I'm not a birder!)
Very nice photo!
It looks smaller than a RW blackbird (more like the size of a finch). This is just a guess, but could be a female pine siskin.

Dunno, but awesome shot🆒🆒🆒
I think that it is a female RWBB. I think it is interesting how with some species birds such as the bluejay, the male and females look identical while in others, such as redwing blackbird, the male and females are quite different from each other. Do you think being able to identify birds, plants, and the many other inhabitants of the natural world allows us to enjoy these on a different level from those who have no idea what they are looking at? I know that I wish I was better at being able to identify what I see in the world around me.
