ISO standard 8601 date format, section 5.2.1.1, would show Jan 21 as "20210121" or "2021-01-21"
Think of the format as MSB left, LSB right. Using ISO-8601 dates in filenames makes files sort nicely on your computer.
So next December second would be written, 20211202.
