What camera are you trying to repair? If it is a Nikon your best bet is to send it to Melville otherwise Authorized Photo Service in Morton Grove, Ill. only repairs Nikon cameras and lenses and they are a reputable service station.

I, also, have recently used Matt Fueher, Authorized Camera Repair, and would definitely recommend him.
He repaired a Nikon lens that would not autofocus.
