It depends if you want to self-learn or sit with someone and have them help you. A lot of the one-on-one today is done via Zoom so that makes it easy. Many of the photo tour guides are pushing LrC these days as they can't do much else. Muench Workshops is great, wonderful and skilled people. Michael Frye is also good, a landscape guy, but does sometimes teach LrC and always does with a class. Steve Perry, Backcountry Gallery, uses LrC but I don't know if he will teach one-to-one. He has a good video on it, as do many of the tour guides. I toss most of the emails because I already know the program well and I have taught it at a college and to friends. If you want to find out how the application works simply go to the Adobe website and read the Help Manual, you should do that first, especially the part about the Library Module. After that there are many books, I like Martin Evening (he knew the people who created the application). I use Scott Kelby's books. I prefer them to videos primarily because later on, when I need to find how to do something specific, I can look it up in the book. He has a book on Lightroom. Also, if you happen to subscribe to the online Lightroom, you automatically get Photoshop, and Kelby has a handy book called Photoshop for Users of Lightroom.

I found Tony Northrup's LR book very helpful. It comes with 14 hrs of video and is very inexpensive ~ $20. You can purchase on his website or via Amazon.
