Perfect. No suggestions for improvement. But, why the big black frame?

Such photos of a black hole are common in my early photographic days. I suspect there are black hole photos dating even from before black holes were hypothesized.
On the plus side, the photo presented shows no signs of sensor dust. Perhaps the gravitational field sucked the dust right off the sensor. Probably not a recommended technique.
How close were you to that black hole?
Excellent. I've been trying to get a shot like that for years.
Very well done except for the following:
1. Shallow depth of field
2. Composition
3. Noise
4. Camera movement
5. Slightly out of focus
6. Bokeh fair
7. Background distracting
8. Color balance off
9. Exposure slightly off
But I still like it!
You've definitely captured its essence. :-)
I was going to make an exposure of such a subject but something happened to my DYNAMicrang-g -g-g-g-g...g....g....... . . .
Upon second thought, I may have gone with a square format.
I guess it's OK if you like abstracts. Could use a little sharpening though....😕
Did you take the lens cap off?
