Hi sanhuberto, the European Honey Bees were shot using my Nikon D7200 and my Sigma 150mm macro lens.
The Cabbage White Butterfly I used my Nikon D500 and my Sigma 150mm macro lens.
All were hand held, I find most live insects move too fast to even try using a tripod...also a tripod is not the easiest thing to get into some of the tight spots I get into..
