That seems to be the nearly unanimous choice. Thanks!

Thanks! This appears to be the second most popular choice!

I had a bad experience with Lens Rental a few years ago to the point that I have been hesitant to rent again. I will never know who made the mistake, if they did or the post office did but what I do know is that I sent an Olympus 12-40 f2.8 Pro along with a EVF-4 to them as was stated in the instructions. To my surprise they emailed me requesting the EVF. I had no way to explain why the EVF was never found. I know I packed everything and I took the package personally to a FedEx office in Sedona where it was processed in front of me.

They handled the case very professionally. I felt miserably because I could not find a reasonable explanation of how the EVF was lost. As I said, I packed everything carefully and I personally delivered the package to FedEx.
Apart from this unfortunate incident their service was excellent with excellent customer service. Highly recommended.

I'm in Dallas, TX and just use a local store: Competitive Cameras. I've bought both my most recent cameras and lenses from them, and when I needed another for a trip (for a 2nd camera) I rented one from them. I've not done on-line purchases or rentals.

I am renting two cameras and lenses from lensrentals.com right now. I wanted to get a feel for the D500 and 200-500 lens for bird photography. I also wanted to try out the Nikon Z50 with the 16-50 lens. Their service is impeccable. Everything arrived on time and was packed very well in a hard plastic case inside a shipping box. I plan to use them enough this year that I paid $100 for shipping for the whole year.

The Kansas City area based RentGlass has always done fine by me. They ship all over, but since I’m local, I pick up from the office.

Can anyone recommend a reliable source that rents cameras and lenses?
Thanks.

Lensrentals.com and Borrowlenses.com. Both have a good reputation. Also, Keh, Adorama, and B&H rent if I am correct.

I bought a used Canon EF-S 17-85mm lens from borrowlenses.com, 2 or 3 years ago. I'm pleased with it. It works like new.
