If you filter and count your images in Lightroom, what surprises did you find? Do you use your own usage data to plan to sell unused lenses / cameras? Or maybe, to change the lenses you'll use more in 2021?
The circa 1981 Canon FD 200mm f/4 macro was my #1 used lens for keepers (mounted to a Sony a7II). Merging all the extended configurations, last year's #1 lens was the second most frequent in 2019, the EF 300mm f/2.8L IS II USM (mounted to an EOS 5DIII).
D750 & Sigma 150-600C.
D200 Nikon 300
D5000 18-55
I use my D810 and my 600mmF:4G VR almost daily.
CANON 24-70MM 2.8L II on my 7Dll......the 100mm 2.8L MACRO was a close second
There's a free tool to help in the analysis. If you have a large catalog, consider their "converter" tool that can extract a portion of the LRCAT file to facilitate a quicker analysis. Special thanks to our departed member Don Gallagher for this tip / link in 2019.

I don't have lightroom or do I see a need for it. I watched Steve Perry's lightroom workshop and I still don't see the need. Lightroom just looks like a complicated photo naming software to me.
My old Nikon 18-105 AF/S DX f/3.5-5.6 ED VR
I hopefully will trade up to 18-300 this year.
10-4 Larryshuman on the light room opion. Having not traveled much in 2020 my lens use changed. Instead of the Tamron 24-70 2.8 on my D810 it was my Sigma 150-600C for the humming birds and butterfly's in the yard.
Nikon 200-500 zoom on D850 - birding, macros (7.3 feet close focus) for insects, etc. Nikon or Tokina 24-70, Tamron 90 macro, Tamron 15-30 for nature vistas. D800Es in the studio.
The lightroomdashboard.com link made this easy and interesting. Thanks for that Don. Most used EF300 F2.8 IS II along with convertors, second my newest RF 800mm f11 and third my EF 100-400 IS II. Almost zero travel this year as with most of us, so lots of photography from car locally of whatever wildlife I could find.
Not thinking of selling any lenses this year at this time.
Like every other year nikon 200-500mm.
Nikon D500 AND NIKON 300MM F/4 PF
Canon 90D with a 100-400 II
backed up with a Canon T6i with a 300 prime.
