This is a great set. I love flowers and taking pics of them, and seeing others pics.
What lens do you use for this?
Julie
Thank you. It's Nikon's 60mm f2.8 macro. But I just got Nikon's 105mm f2.8 macro to replace it because the working distance for the 60mm at maximum magnification is so short that I have to take the lens hood off.

Love this pic. Looks so peaceful!
Thanks, Julie! It's a beautiful spot!
The ocean is supposed to calm down by Wednesday so I may get a few more chances to shoot, but here's what I've saved so far in 2020.

These are amazing pics! Love them all.

This has been a great photography year for me. I live half a block from Golden Gate Park, and I spent my shutdown shooting flowers there armed with a new macro lens. I retired at the end of last year, and that's what I already planned to do, and Covid didn't effect that.
Beautiful shots. Well done.

That first octopus shot is wonderful.

Thanks Larry for Hosting another great Free Sunday a lot of nice posting there.
Thanks Lorima for “Christmas Decorations”, some real nice one posted there.
Thanks Lesley for starting with “Christmas with a Twist”.
We all have favorite shots taken thru the past year of 2020. Sometimes not really the best but they are liked for special reasons. For me 2020 has not been a good year for photography. My Best Photo’s is very few. So asking for anyone to post their Best Photos of 2020 to share. And please excuse mine!!
Thank you all in advance for posting in this challenge.
Bob

I looked through my pics and found I hardly took any pics this year, mostly because my vacation to Spain and the Oshkosh convention (week-long aviation everything event) were both cancelled. About the only things I have are practice shots taken with my new-to-me a99ii. Here are a few of the better ones, even though they're not very good. I can't believe I haven't even shot the moon once this year!!
