If four year wasn't long enough ,how does he think he can get it done in the next four. But got to give him some slack, it's hard to run a country the size of the U.S from a golf course. LOL.

I guess you didn’t know that the stimulus was only part of the bill , by far the largest part was the omnibus bill to find the government through next September- that took the place of 12 individual bill that congress failed to execute. So your bottom line is not accurate.
The house passed a aid bill months ago that McConnell failed to act on .
