Not really sure what this bird is, I was thinking turkey buzzard but it seems to nice to be that.

As soon as I read what you said it hit me, as to what it was.
Hate it when you know what it is but only something else comes to mind, and I knew it wasnt the turkey buzzard but that all I could think of.

In the ddl their feet identify them as cormorants, as previously noted.
