Christmas tree lights in my backyard. Cheap but beautiful. Well, It's Christmas. They're trees. But the lights didn't last all that long. No carbon footprint though.

I have a fairly nice light display at my house (posted elsewhere) but nothing that involved. I wouldn't begin to know how to do all that animation (nor could I justify the expense).
FWIW, there was a lighted Creche scene in that display.
