You can’t sue Pfizer or Moderna if you have severe Covid vaccine side effects. The government likely won't compensate you for damages either
Don't take it Soba. It's a trap.
Why?
It is part of the necessity of Warp Speed.
We have to have a vaccine now...we have foregone most of the required safety tests, and any and all normal long term safety tests.
Why should the manufacturer be subject to the normal liability issues when we as a country have said minimize safety tests for the sake of a quick "solution?"
I am not blaming Trump...any POTUS would have set aside safety for solution in the covid environment.
Take at your own risk though...

But Pfizer did not get any money for development . They only got an advance order
Additionally, most locations ae offering ZERO privilege of travel, business, recreation, or freedoms in general for taking a vaccine. If I am statistically as likely to die from hemorrhoids as from Covid, but several hundred times times as likely to suffer nasty side effects from an vaccination than from Covid, what is the benefit to me or to society? Unless there is a reason for me to take extra risk, why should I? Is it not the whole point the Branch Covidians have been making that it's too large a risk to try and live our lives without a vaccine? And now it's too great a risk WITH? Why bother? The risk associated with the vaccine seems to have no reward if government policy will treat the vaccinated (pronounced "indoctrinated" or "infiltrated") the same as those who choose to avoid DNA altering medication.
Put yourself as head of the FDA. You can make two mistakes.
1) You can allow a drug to go to market that will potentially kill or harm a bunch of people
2) You can prevent a drug from going to market that will potentially help or save a bunch of people.
Which mistake will you make.
Mistake #1 everyone will know.
Mistake #2 no one will know. (It's not an easy metric to measure)
This is why regulation can be so bad. How many people in history have died from preventing or delaying a drug to go to market.... The government not only made the right decision with the covid vaccine. They probably should have scaled back regulation on many drugs.
Each person should have his or her ability to choose.....Free to choose.
The logic above does not take into consideration of all of the unforseen deaths that are almost impossible to measure for the implementation of restricted movements.
It's part of Moscow Mitch's agenda.
He;s been holding back relief money for American workers until businesses are absolved of any covid liability.
This goes to a big part of that.

That is what capitalism is all about.
