I found 10. I was taught cursive writing, but have no skills whatsoever. The rest I can do OK

I have done and can still do all ten, as long as the various items are available.
The rotary dialing of a telephone is a lost art for most people under the age of 30. I've seen clips of young people trying to make a call on a rotary dial phone and it is hilarious. I'm sure clips of younger generations doing many of these would be as funny.
Probably as funny as people of my age churning butter.🤪
I think I can still do them all (never cleaned the heads on a VCR but it's not that different from audio cassettes & easier than lenses).
Four of them I still do pretty regularly, I've done two today.

Nine. Can’t write cursive worth a damn anymore due to tremors.

I can do nine out of ten. My penmanship was always the despair of my teachers.

I could still do all of these if the opportunity presented itself. How about adding defrosting a refrigerator? When’s the last time anyone took on that task?
I defrosted my 1957 Philco in September of this year.
How about buttoning up one's shoes?

I didn’t know radios needed defrosting!
If ever seniors want world domination, make all of these the ONLY way to function. Immediately, we wipe out four generations of "know it alls" who rely on the cell phone for their lives.
I've kept the last version of the phone book, the online listings for businesses are frequently wrong numbers. Most of the others I haven't used in a long time, but when I write in cursive, I get funny looks. I would love to have a car with a manual transmission, but even the Corvette is automatic now.
The great news is, my life is more enriched by having had to know how to use each item. People are missing out on so much.

.
Auto transmissions must be an American preference.
I've never had a car with an automatic box & I think about 80% of the many hire cars I've had for work are manual as well.
