The state judges never ruled on the constitutionality of most of the issues. Hack judges just ignored the situation saying there was no legal standing to sue prior to the election because no one had been harmed, and then no legal standing after the election because they filed too late.
The judges have ruled what they have ruled, and it is done, but very few of the actual constitutional issues have even been looked at. Your side has won in court. Congrats on that, but the basic issues have not been resolved, and now probably never will be.
Simple question. Do you really believe that judges, secretaries of state and governors had the right to change election law? Because that is the real issue in this election. Many of us contend that the Constitution does not allow that. That point has not been adjudicated adequately.
If it was legal for them to change the law, on what basis since the constitution says that state legislatures are supposed to make election law and that is not what happened in 2020.
