And you were correct, it is docketed. A lot of people apparently think being in the docket implies the case is accepted. That is incorrect. It is merely the SCOTUS filing cabinet where all filings must go.
Wrong..... one state can sue another state regarding how it out carried out its election and the Constitution clearly lays out that when one State sues another that the decision-making body is the Supreme Court
The court in a reply that was less than one page confirmed my view that Texas and all 'hangers on' had no standing in their case. Case is dismissed, it's over.
