Hi NMGal,
If you look at the snow ridges there is a small shadow, and under the eaves. I reduced the shadows and adjusted the sun to give it a look like a eclipse where the sun has that funny look from reduced light. Artistic is what I was going for. I liked the original shot with the composition, so played with the sun and sky.
