First of all, I didn't take up the challenge, so you cannot conclude that it is above my cognitive abilities.
Second, I don't know why you say I can't think for myself when nothing in my post is my opinion. I figured you would not accept my opinion of Chris Ruddy, so I didn't offer it. Instead I gave you a factual reference to insights about the man, including his own words. And from those words I gave you MY OWN INTERPRETATION of what his words implied (see, I CAN think for myself).
Perhaps my post was above YOUR reading comprehension and cognitive abilities.

The "information" presented by various media goes beyond simply the facts that should be the same for all sources. Context, such as selective editing, matters... as does the commentary before and after the presentation of the factual materials.
Chris Ruddy idolizes Trump, so his bias will always be to support the prez.
It might surprise you to know that I, presumably like you, form my opinions of situations based on information from more than a single source.
And IMHO I believe I am less biased regarding US politics than you are, because I do not live in the US and do not vote in the US. I follow US politics for the significant impact it has on Canada and the rest of the world... and, of course, for amusement (the most outrageous, unbelievable, at times funny, but more often saddest reality TV show going).

The cross examinations of eye witnesses that have taken place so far have been disasters. Presumably, those were their “best” witnesses and doesn’t bode well for any others.
Sorry. The eyewitnesses testimony has in no way been termed a "disaster" by anyone but you. None of the affidavits have been disproved. The only claim so far held is that they are not outcome determinative.

And does anyone care? Is there a court that will now listen to non-determinative testimonies?
You Trumpeters want the anti-Trump faction to admit that there was fraud and cheating. As a proud member of that group, I have said -- and will say again -- THERE WAS UNDOUBTEDLY FRAUD AND CHEATING IN THE ELECTION.
I will also say, as I have said before, that BOTH SIDES ARE EQUALLY LIKELY TO BE GUILTY of those activities. (My God, you actually believe that Trump and his minions are above cheating for a win?)
And lastly, the point is that there is no credible evidence that would show that the extent of the fraud/cheating/error/miscounting/harvesting/curing/... would affect the outcome of the election. Biden won and Trump lost. Y'all could do your country a big favour by telling that to Dear Leader. Shout if from the mountaintops, blast it on the radio, spam it on social media. Even Melania is preparing to move out.
So, YES, your electoral process/system SUCKS BIG TIME and needs an overhaul. So go fix it for the next election.
But stop all the whining and bitching and rehashing of arguments that have been shown to be fellatious (spelled as intended). NO BODY CARES... except The Big Narcissist.

Look up Chris Ruddy on the web. Here is a quote from Wikipedia:

In other words, if you know your loyal followers gobble up BS like it is ice cream, then by all means feed them their flavour of ice cream. And put some Dream Whip on top and garnish it with a cherry... chocolate covered to make it even more palatable looking.
LOL... and your thoughts on CNN, personally Newsmax is a bit much for me, but not any further over the top than CNN or MSNBC.

Obviously you don't know what 'evidence' is. Don't you watch TV or Law and Order?
There are 3 types of evidence listed below in order of importance.
1. Eyewitness testimony. Of which there are over 400 signed and sworn affidavits which are presumed to be true unless refuted under cross examination in court which hasn't been done to date.
2. Physical evidence. Such as the videos of suitcases of votes being wheeled out from hiding and illegally counted when poll watchers were told to go home.
3, Circumstantial evidence which is the most numerous in this case with improbable and impossible anomalies some with probability odds of a Quadrillion to one of happening.
And this is not to mention the violations of Constitutional law of which there are several.
So you better stay tuned. And watch Newsmax instead of the Fake News for once.

No credible evidence has been produced in 53 courts so far. No court has said there are any constitutional violations. Evidence is more than wild speculation and conspiracy theory.

Oh joy, another long thread of "Your stupid" with a "No you are a moron" replies.
The fact is:
The SCOUS did dismiss the case from PA with a single line.
As for the existence of Voter Fraud, while there may be some voter fraud, NO EVIDENCE has been provided in any of the Court Cases to prove it sufficiently. Just saying, "there is Voter Fraud" does not prove in a Court of Law. Actual evidence is required.
We are a country where the Laws should matter. And the Court system, not public opinion is used to determine differences of opinion in a lawful, civilized way. If you believe the US Constitution is the guiding principle of the USA, then you should appreciate how well our Court system works.
And if you disagree with me, just call me a moron. And while I am not actually a moron, it will make you feel better. Won't change any facts, but you will feel better.
OK, continue with the dueling "Your an idiot" and "No you are a moron" replies.
