trump wanted SCOTUS involved, he thought he bought their loyalty by naming them Justices. My guess is they won't hear the case citing previous lower court decisions. He is a simple man who has difficulty accepting he is a loser.

It is my understanding that 18 states joined Texan and 22 democratic states have now opposed. I do bit have time to dispute your claims but being a trump supporter. I expect lies.

You ignored them before, why would anyone expend effort for fools who refuse to learn?

If you can refute this list I'll be happy to hear your arguments. BTW it's up to 23 states now.

I don't dispute your list of 17 states supporting Paxton.

I'm not sure if you realize it but the 23 count is of the Democratic State and territory AGs who have joined together to oppose Paxton's folly.

States with GOP attorneys general backing Texas: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Florida, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah and West Virginia.

States/territories with Democrats backing the defendant states: California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, DC, Guam, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont, Virginia and the US Virgin Islands.

"Attorney General Kwame Raoul, as part of a coalition of 23 attorneys general, today urged the Supreme Court to reject Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton’s lawsuit asking that the court overturn the 2020 election results in four states."

I don't dispute your list of 17 states supporting ... (show quote)

It's no news that some states AG oppose the lawsuit. Gee, what a revelation. Good on you. But you must realize it doesn't make a lot of difference who is or is not supporting the lawsuit. It's on the SCOTUS Docket now the decision is up to the court to hear the case.

It is not on the docket. The court has not decided whether to take the case and hear it or not.
