The US Supreme Court has in one sentence denied consideration of Trumps Pennsylvania overturn court case.

I suggested to my neighbor who accused me of being a Commie that I have never had private conversations and expressed love for Putin and leaders of China and N Korea both of which are devoted to communism, but his god, Trump, has had many.

At this time I suggested to my neighbor that true Trump loyalists, Trumpites, could consider commit suicide in mass. The "fake news" would keep Trump's fame alive for the 2024 election. He replied saying he would never do that, so [surprise not, !!!] even that self-proclaimed Trumpite had a limit.

Perhaps without football to take sides and cheer, Trump is a substitute.

"President Trump had predicted that the Supreme Court would finally decide who won this year's presidential election, but if so, he lost again on Tuesday. Without comment or dissent, the high court turned away the first appeal from Trump supporters to reach the high court, a claim by several Pennsylvania Republicans who said the state's election results should not be certified."

Gee.... the Texas lawsuit is based on constitutional law it's not going to be based on hearsay who-say or what-say information.....

I stated clearly in another post....

If an NFL TEAM violated its on rules in order to win the ball game... It's actions affect the chances of winning a title of every Team.... This is the same thing..... EXCEPT the lawsuit is happening before the Super Bowl and as such.... Biden may not be on stage in January.

There seems to be a question why some states are included and why some states with mail-in voting are not included......

The lawsuit discusses the Constitutional requirement that State Legislatures must be the ones to change to the voting process & requirements. That did not happen. These changes can't be made by appointed or non legislative elected officials such as a governor.......

The states that are being sued by Texas (and other states) did not make voting changes through the legislative process

Bull. You darn well know that if the majority of those votes were for trump these cases would never have been made.

Get a grip. I know Biden's support machine would have done exactly the same thing had the situation been reversed.

You claim can't be answered. The problem is that no one knows for sure if the votes were really for Biden or if they were votes for Trump that were changed by the machines or ballot counters.

Republicans in various positions are signing on to this because they know it is a safe bet,

They know it is going nowhere but by signaling support they are safe in case trump actually does retain. Some degree of power in .RNC after he leaves office.

Well, we do know the mail-ins that we're in suit cases and boxes that were counted after offices were supposedly closed and folks were told to leave all favored only Biden. Doesn't pass the smell test.
