If you truly believe that the Supreme Court is going to disenfranchise 10 million voters, you are seriously deluded.

10 million fake voters, there must be enough smoke to show there was a fire.
I don’t the the AG of Texas would make such a move if there was not enough evidence.

That’s for sure.

“Paul Smith, a professor and election law expert at Georgetown University's law school, said Texas did not have a legitimate basis for the suit.

"There is no possible way that the state of Texas has standing to complain about how other states counted the votes and how they are about to cast their electoral votes," Smith said.

Supreme Court is going to disenfranchise 10 million voters? For a flash in the pan bottom feeder like Mr Hairball?

I have a wall Mexico paid for to sell to the far-right, Rudy evidence loving, bar stool patriots.

First of all, there were not 10M "fake voters" claimed in the suit. Stop using catchy buzz words.

Second, I DO believe the AG of Texas would make a move to please Trump so that Trump gives him a pardon.

We will see how it all plays out time will tell. Again it’s about constitutionality

Actually it surprises me that Trump has not simply declared the election null and void. He believes he is above the law, that he is all powerful, that he knows more than anyone in the world about any topic (including the Constitution), that he can do anything he wants and it will be legal because he is POTUS. Why is he playing silly games when all he has to do is grab his sharpie?

He is using every option available. Nah he is not above the law, he is acting within the law.

The AG of Texas is shopping for a Presidential pardon. It's really that simple.
