This is Regie. Our buddy for eight years. Heart disease took his life last year. My wife and I are retired and decided to travel since we not longer had animals to care for. We felt it wouldn't be fair to the pets to leave them weeks at a time. Then COVID-19 hit and we haven't gone anywhere. So in the mean time we will foster. We did not realize how hard it is to give them up. Otter has stolen our heart.
Regie was a gorgeous kitty!!! It is so hard when we lose a pet; their lives are much too short but they give us so much while they are here.
I have a spoiled-rotted diva Siamese named Noelle that is my best friend. She has been with me through my worst experiences always there with a shoulder for me to cry on. Noelle turned 17 last month and though I know Siamese live the longest lives, our time together gets shorter each day. I will be devastated when the time comes. There are 19 other cats in my little family but none as close to me as she is.
I am hoping that Otter will be your foster-failure and will be as spoiled as Noelle.
Keep us posted on that sweet little baby.

Great looking kitten. Looks like it is having lots of fun.

It's a ornament. lol We bought it at a Christmas store when we were traveling. Thought it was appropriate.
It is one of the three ornaments we put on tree. Yep, only three. Otter (the cat) uses it for a punching bag. :)

Happy for you that you have a little buddy. My wife and I both have had pets for most of our lives. Each special in their own way.
Thanks for caring.

Too much fun. lol The crazy thing chews on the light bulbs and wire. Don't need a reenactment of Christmas Vacation. :)
She's a beautiful kitten and I love the name. I think you should keep her.

She is and it truly will be hard to give her up. But due to COVID jail, we cancelled a six week anniversary trip
to Europe. Hopefully we can use the credits one day. It just would not be right to leave her or any pet for that long. One day we will once again have a forever pet. Just not now.
