BOHICA?

Well, we are in the winter months. The Pandemic has yet to leave and more people are getting sick.

I was talking with an old friend. During a quiet moment during the conversation he uttered a word I never heard before.

“BOHICA!!!”

I asked him what that meant.

He replied, “Bend Over, Here It Comes Again!”

It's a native American word for when the government comes up with a new plan to 'help' us out.

It was still in use (Air Defense) when I retired in '93. I tried to get a personalized license plate with BOHICA but someone already has it (PA).

What an excellent expression and so easy to apply to many situations.

Not really. I been around the block a few times. My friend who is a sharp tool in the shed was in Viet Nam. That is where he gets it. Yes. The phrase applies to many situations today.
