I spent the first 10 years of my life in Holland. It is Dutch, with a somewhat rural accent.

Flemish is a French dialect in Belgian. Dutch is a Germanic language with strong influence from English and modern German. This guy sounds pretty "Germanish"(I'll apply for a patent on that hashed up word-maybe.)
