Ok, so now it is time for the 'best of' What is YOURS? (Not a political thread so please abstain)

I am starting to see 'best of' anything and everything in the news, social media and so forth.

Really? We need a 'best of 2020' to feel good?

If that is the case, I vote for COVID-19. This virus has an impact worldwide we have not felt yet. When we do many 'status quo' will be demolished which is a good thing. Society as we know it is starting to change even if many will fight that change. It is irreversible and quite honestly, needed.

So, for you what is the best coming out of this year? Please explain.

NO POLITICAL COMMENT or election stuff.

I'm not sure about the best, but the worst is undoubtedly this tripe that I just wasted time reading.

So you start a political thread with a political opening post and then demand no political responses?

WOW!

You state that society is about to change and quite honestly we need that change. Everyone is entitled to an opinion and my opinion is that you are wrong. But both are only opinions so time will tell.

I see no political thread here at all, not unless you make it one. Apparently you have chosen to do so.

I did not take it as a political post.
Is everything political to you?

Can you explain why it is political?

You are entitled to that too.

Now, for you, what is the best of 2020 and why?

Because society needing to change is threatening to him and, therefore, "political."

Society always changes, sometimes slowly, sometimes quickly.
Think about how society was 20-40 years ago.
A bit different, eh?

I hope this is the direction you wanted things to go. Due to the work schedules of our daughter and son-in-law our grandsons spent 10 weeks with us so they could keep up with their distance learning. They often spend a day or two, but in 10 weeks we got to know each other very well. That was our light during the darkness.
