Does anyone believe that Trump et al would consider a court ruling, even one from SCOTUS, fair and final if it did not rule in his favour? The con man has broken democracy. His hope is that there will be enough supporters to start a civil war, and if/when he emerges victorious he will restore law and order the way any good dictator would. Of course, the New America will have the look of democracy with elections; but only elections that he wins will be declared fair. Scary!!

John, the only ones promoting violence are the liberal democrats. Eventually it will be up to congress to determine who is president if no one concedes.

Maybe Republicans would prefer that we forgo elections in the future? The votes have been counted and no arguable fraud has been shown to have happened. How/why should the courts allow a fishing expedition based upon unsustained nonsense and innuendo?

This is truly unbelievable in the country in which I grew up.
A losing candidate for President struggling with full force to subvert the results of a democratic election; and getting support for his efforts. It is hard to understand.
Trump clearly has no evidence of fraud; so he relies on pounding the lie of fraud into weak minds until the idea becomes believable; and destroys the integrity of the election for too many. When a President himself takes the leading role in a lie to destroy the democratic process, the country is in more serious trouble than we can imagine.
And all this is happening in the middle if a pandemic. This same dishonest President is more concerned with his efforts to overturn the election than address the Americans dying and suffering everyday—and an economy that will not recover.
Unbelievable, but it is happening in this country.
