Well....I find myself living "through our dogs". My life is, Let the dogs out..Let the dogs in. Pick up the poop and take it to the trash. Feed the dogs so that they can poop more. Change their water several times a day.
Wash and dry the dogs after they roll in the grass and in the poop.
Yes, my life has gone to the dogs.

No wonder dogs love to own humans! We take such good care of them, and all they have to do is chase sticks, look cute, and bark at or bite our enemies. (Who owns whom?)

A number of years ago when my son joined me to play with a group of golfers I normally played with and started banging out 350 yard drives straight down the middle.....I was living through him at that moment. The way he could drive and putt gave me pause to imagine. Just some practice on his irons and short game and who knows how far he could go. Imagine. Just practice. Practice. Practice. Oh, reality!!!

I pretty much just live day to day. Before COVID I had a firm schedule of activities that ordered my life; right now very few of those are in play. Each summer I usually had planned some kind of tour(s), but COVID messed that up this year, too. At age 82 (83 next month) I have to be a bit cautious about mingling with others, but I am optimistic about the future. In the meantime I reflect on my past experiences and post sets of photos here on UHH. I do enjoy interacting with the nice folks here.
