The outside is another matter all together. That particular area of Baltimore is not a good one to be in to be just walking down the sidewalk with or without camera.
I've lived in MT. Vernon since '87 I'm pretty familiar with the city and for what its worth I like Baltimore, warts (and there are plenty of them) and all.

I like to take photos of run down decaying house and that means going into some sketchy areas. I don't walk around there to long and I have my very protective Pit Bull with me.
