I took this at our annual family fall hayride and music jam. My father has a stage set up in the barn that is not very well lit with yellow industrial lighting in the ceiling. My daughter and nephew were onstage playing and singing when my grand niece decided to join them in her Halloween costume and toy guitar. She put on quite a show. I didn't have time to switch over to a faster lens so I knew it was going to be a difficult shot with the bad lighting, hand held, and her moving around on the stage. All in all I was very happy with how it turned out after a run through ACR and Photoshop. I loved how the light turned out. There is a warmth to it. If I could figure out how to recreate this lighting in studio it would be amazing.

Thanks Val. I didn't apply any filters or special effects to get that look. Just trying to get the best from a very underexposed shot.
aaaaha.. got ya this time that is a photo of a painting by Datei [1540] or Leyster [1631] or Vermeer, [1665] or the great photographer kenievans [2020] could have done this marvelous work.
The pose, the lighting the waifs of hair, the colors, only a classic artist could have done this ... how beautiful it is...
classic rockstar... and yes I agree... there is a definite hint of Vermeer and his camera obscura in the mix here...
