I know there is someone who knows.

Who declares the official winner of the election?

If it is correct that only the media has declared Biden the winner.

Then Biden really hasn’t won

Electors need to be appointed and cast their votes. That will be done after the votes are recounted, and everything that is going on in the courts is finished.

Google/Wikipedia will answer all of your questions. Surely you don’t want me, a foreigner, explaining the nuances of your electoral process; I might be accused of sticking my nose where it does not belong.

Here is a brief summary. There is plenty more detail on other websites. This is from https://www.usa.gov/election

Overview of the Presidential Election Process

An election for president of the United States happens every four years on the first Tuesday after the first Monday in November. The next presidential election will be November 3, 2020.

Primaries, Caucuses, and Political Conventions

The election process begins with primary elections and caucuses. These are two methods that states use to select a potential presidential nominee. In general, primaries use secret ballots for voting. Caucuses are local gatherings of voters who vote at the end of the meeting for a particular candidate. Then it moves to nominating conventions, during which political parties each select a nominee to unite behind. During a political party convention, each presidential nominee also announces a vice presidential running mate. The candidates then campaign across the country to explain their views and plans to voters. They may also participate in debates with candidates from other parties.

What is the Role of the Electoral College?

During the general election, Americans go to their polling place to cast their vote for president. But the tally of those votes—the popular vote—does not determine the winner. Instead, presidential elections use the Electoral College. To win the election, a candidate must receive a majority of electoral votes. In the event no candidate receives a majority, the House of Representatives chooses the president and the Senate chooses the vice president.

What is a Typical Presidential Election Cycle?

The presidential election process follows a typical cycle:

Spring of the year before an election – Candidates announce their intentions to run.
Summer of the year before an election through spring of the election year – Primary and caucus debates take place.
January to June of election year – States and parties hold primaries and caucuses.
July to early September – Parties hold nominating conventions to choose their candidates.
September and October – Candidates participate in presidential debates.
Early November – Election Day
December – Electors cast their votes in the Electoral College.
Early January of the next calendar year – Congress counts the electoral votes.
January 20 – Inauguration Day

But my point in all of this it’s the media calling the election. Counting is going on there is a strong possibility a recount and audit might follow. There is a strong possibility that the Biden ballots that gave him an alleged victory could be disqualified. Sooooo hold on folks don’t start counting your chickens.

Rudy Giuliani: Trump Campaign Has the Evidence To Change PA Election Results

I'll believe it when it's proven. Until then, Giuliani's claims are just wind. This once-respected mayor of New York City and successful lawyer is well beyond his best-before date, especially after being duped and reeled in by the Russians to help Trump.

Reliable sources claim that the number of PA votes in question are insufficient to change the outcome of the election, and I'll go with that until after the legal debates have been settled. I will say that the whole world has been watching this election as a testament to western democracy, and if it turns out that Trump actually did win you can kiss goodbye the notion that the US is the shining city on the hill. America will, in that case, prove that it is the laughing stock of the world... confirming what many thought about the past 4 years already.

There is a good chance there is more to come from other states. Recount and validate.

I really don't give a flying F**K what the world thinks of America. Certainly not what the Canucks think of America. There are a lot of countries in the world that would be a laughing stock for us all if it wasn't resulting in starvation, murder, defeatism, etc. No one with any sense can laugh at that.
I say again, what's with all these foreigners trying to "FIX" America when we still have, by far, the the biggest number of both legal and illegal immigrants in the world? Maybe that number will go down IF Biden is finally determined to be the next president.
