I thank you for posting this. I watched the first two on your list and then looked them up on YouTube. Great music and great people. I bet it was a lot of work to get this all in synch, but they did a helluva job. Again, thank you!
Wow! This just goes to show that it doesn't matter what the instrument or nationality is; music is our common language.
As a faithful follower of Brother Garcia and the boys for many years, I especially appreciated "Ripple." My daughter loved the Dead (even through all she ever heard, was Dark Star's recreated concerts) and wanted Ripple for the father~daughter dance at her wedding.
Ripple was a vastly underrated song and if you ever read the analyses of it, you realize how complex it was, incorporating elements ranging from the 23rd Psalm, to Haiku. But I digress... These renditions breathe new life into great songs. Try another of my favorites; Listen to the Music

Thanks for the reply,
As for the analysis of the song, I assume you are referring to the Annotated Grateful Dead Lyrics website.
http://artsites.ucsc.edu/gdead/agdl/#songsI often use the site to check lyrics and read about their songs.
Its a great site. a lot of time and effort was put into it.
Loved these! Thanks for sharing.
I watched all three, great performances.
Thanks for posting those songs. I watched all three and then some more of the others. It's uplifting music in these troubled times.
