Fall in Central New Hampshire

My dog had wandered off on us when we were not looking for a few moments. Our little dog is 11 yrs old is pretty much blind and diabetic. So we were concerned about his safety. after a long day of looking with no success and a overnight with him still missing, a neighbor who was helping called early the next morning to tell me he thought he heard him down by the river behind our home. Made perfect sense. So off I went going along the river banks hoping for the best. Only had my phone with me and as the sun rose I saw this beautiful scene before me. I took several shots with the phone and kind of forgot about them. Later in the day our UPS man who is really friends with our pup stopped by to ask if I was looking for him and he was sure that was him on the other side of the mountain behind our house. HE lead me to the location and sure enough it was our little guy. So all is well and our UPS driver is now our hero... Enjoy the photos...

Wow, very beautiful !! The reflection is amazing. We woke up to 4 inches of snow this morning. Ugh!

Gorgeous shots. What town is that. I live very close to the NH border and frequently cross over to look for photo ops.

Beautiful set, but the end of your story makes my day. We had a dog that was in the same condition and I understand your concerns.
